Sunora Foods China Food Oil Delivery and Brand Registration in China

CALGARY, ALBERTA / ACCESSWIRE / April 9, 2014 / Sunora Foods Inc. ("Sunora" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture: SNF) is pleased to announce recent shipments of food oils to numerous destinations in China. These shipments have been delivered to the following Chinese cities: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu and Tianjin.

President Steve Bank states, "We are extremely pleased to continue delivery of our portfolio of packaged oils into China. As the demand for our high quality oil increases in markets outside of Canada and the United States, Sunora will increase marketing efforts designed to demonstrate the merits of this healthier oil for use in cooking."

China is currently a major importer of canola oil from Canada.

These are cumulatively the largest shipments ever made of Sunora's packaged oil into China. These shipments are expected to grow throughout 2014 and beyond. Sunora is an internationally recognized canola oil brand, with the majority of its current sales in Canada and the United States.

In addition, the Corporation has recently registered the Sunora brand in China. This registration will assist in generating new potential customers for the Sunora brand in both Mainland China and in additional Asian countries.
