SustainCo Inc. (the “Company” or “SustainCo”) (TSXV:SMS) is pleased to announce the results of matters voted on at its Annual General Meeting held April 5, 2018 (the “Meeting”). Details of the matters put forth were set out in the notice of meeting and management information circular dated February 26, 2018 (“Circular”).

All matters considered by shareholders at the Meeting were approved.
