SustainCo Inc. Announces Project Financing Solutions

SustainCo Inc. (the "Company" or "SustainCo") (TSX VENTURE:SMS) is pleased to
announce the addition of Project Financing Solutions.  These solutions will
complement the array of design build services already offered by the Company,
which will also support SustainCo's performance services and energy retrofit
divisions.   


SustainCo is driving greater adoption of sustainability measures by offering
customers financing solutions towards enhancing building performance. In
addition to providing project financing to SustainCo projects, SustainCo will
also consider direct investment into the development of other alternative energy
projects. The Company will be able to leverage the experience of existing
management in providing these discreet financing and investment solutions.
