Under the First TRM Bulletin, the temporary relief measures were to expire on March 31, 2009 (the "Temporary Period"). The Exchange published a second bulletin on March 6, 2009 which extended the Temporary Period to September 30, 2009. General Except as set out below with respect to qualifying transaction deadlines, we confirm that the Temporary Period expires at the end of business on September 30, 2009.
