Sama Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SME) ("Sama" or the "Company") is pleased to
announce that it has increased, subject to regulatory approval, its non-brokered
private placement (the "Private Placement") previously announced on November 10,
2011 by an additional 889,571 units ("Units") at a price of $0.315 per Unit for
additional gross proceeds to Sama of approximately $280,215 (aggregate gross
proceeds of approximately $1,638,000 in total). All other terms of the Private
Placement, which remain subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals,
are unchanged from those disclosed in Sama's November 10, 2011 news release.


No finders' fees or commissions will be payable. Net proceeds from the Private
Placement will be used for exploration purposes and general working capital
requirements.


The Company is also pleased to announce its attendance as an exhibitor at the
