Solitaire Holds Annual General and Special Meeting

Solitaire Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SLT) reports that it held its Annual
General and Special Meeting on Thursday, September 27, 2012 and all items listed
on the proxy were approved.


Of note, the shareholders approved a special resolution that the issued and
outstanding common shares of the Company be consolidated on the basis of one new
common share for up to twenty old common shares. The Company will be making an
application to the TSX Venture Exchange to effect the consolidation.
