Streetlight Intelligence Inc. ("STI" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:SLQ) announces that at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Corporation held on April 21, 2008 (the "Meeting"), Vincent Krynski, the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, and Keith Wellon of Calgary, Alberta, were appointed to the board of directors of the Corporation (the "Board"), replacing former Board members, Donald A. Cleland and Douglas O. Vandekerkhove. The Corporation would like to thank Mr. Cleland and Mr. Vandekerkhove for their contributions to the Corporation during their tenure as Board members. Mr. Cleland will continue to act as President of the Corporation. The Corporation further announces that at the Meeting, the following persons were re-appointed to the Board: Martin A. Winstanley, G. Douglas Spencer, Lee S. Richardson and Michael J. Perkins. The Corporation further announces the grant of options to purchase 1,130,000 common shares (the "Directors' and Officers' Options") to various directors and officers of the Corporation and options to purchase 366,000 common shares (the "Employees' and Consultants' Options") to employees and consultants of the Corporation. The stock options permit each individual to purchase common shares of the Corporation over a term of five (5) years at an exercise price of $0.33 per share, which equals the closing price of the common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. on April 21, 2008.
