RNS Number:2176P Selector Limited 01 September 2003 The Board of Selector Limited ("Selector" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that a Placing of 7,500,000 shares at 3p each has been successfully completed (subject to shareholders approval at an EGM), raising #225,000 (before expenses) in new capital. This Placing was undertaken in order to finance the expansion of the Company's activities into the European market. As a result of the Placing, the Company will have 34,550,149 ordinary shares in issue. Of the new ordinary shares proposed to be issued under the Placing, John Corre, the Company's Chairman, intends to acquire 500,000 shares at 3p, increasing his holding to 1,025,600 shares, being 2.97% of the current issued ordinary share capital. With the exception of John Corre (who is considered a related party (under the AIM Rules) for the purposes of the transaction by virtue of his proposed participation in the Placing), the Directors consider, having consulted with Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited (the Company's Nominated Adviser), that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as shareholders are concerned. A notice convening an EGM to increase the Company's authorized ordinary share capital and to approve the Placing is being be sent to shareholders today.
