CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Mar 14, 2014) - Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. ("Supreme" or the "Corporation") (TSX-VENTURE:SL)(OTCBB:SPRWF), formerly Supreme Resources Ltd., announces that it has changed its name to Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. in conjunction with its recent decision to pursue interests in pharmaceuticals and biomedical devices. The TSX Venture Exchange has advised the Corporation that trading under the new name and symbol "SL" will commence on March 14, 2014.

David Stadnyk, President & CEO, stated, "Although there is no certainty that a transaction will be successfully concluded, the Corporation is in negotiations to acquire an exclusive license agreement from an independent third party, providing for the commercialization of patented technology focused on treating gastrointestinal diseases and disorders.
