Sonomax Announces AGM & Second of Ongoing Monthly Updates

Sonomax Hearing Healthcare Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SHH) will be holding its Annual
General Meeting on Thursday, June 26th, 2008. It will be held at "The Sheraton
Center", 1201 Rene Levesque, in the Salon Kafka-Lamartine at 10:00 a.m.


The meeting will be used to introduce a new management team and the company's
short to mid term plans. Presentations will be provided by Dan Casey, CEO, Nick
Laperle President and Founder and Bruce Jones, Vice President of Sales and
Product Marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the
company and understand the future direction of the company. There are many
positive things happening with the company at this time and this annual meeting
is an excellent venue to share them with you.


In addition on Friday, June 27th, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. the June monthly conference
call will be held. This will be the second of monthly calls that has been
committed to by the company. As a reminder these conference calls are to ensure
our valued shareholders are well informed pertaining to the company's progress.
There will be a short presentation by Dan Casey, CEO and you will be introduced
to Bruce Jones, Vice President of Sales and Product Marketing. Bruce will
