Solutions4CO2 Inc. ("SFC" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:SFC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alexander (Sandy) Marshall to Solutions4CO2's Board of Directors effective May 9, 2013. Sandy Marshall graduated with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1985 from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Marshall, through his employment from 1984 until January 2013, gained extensive experience as a senior executive with strategic planning and general operations management expertise in the polymer and chemical industries. Until recently, he was the President and Managing Director of Lanxess (Canada) Inc. His experience includes P&L responsibility, organization development, R&D scale-up, Board of Directors membership, and public affairs with government at the federal, provincial, and local levels. Prior to Lanxess (Canada) Inc., Mr. Marshall was Vice President, Manufacturing and Site Manager at Lanxess Corp. in Cincinnati, Ohio. From 1984 to 2005, Mr. Marshall held progressively more senior roles with Bayer AG (Germany) and Bayer (Canada) Inc and Polysar Ltd. He is currently Chairman of the Board of the BioIndustrial Innovation Centre and the Sustainable Chemistry Alliance. Mr. Marshall is a Professional Engineer licenced in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Marshall's appointment is subject to TSXV approval.
