Seymour Ventures to Change Its Name to Rare Earth Industries Ltd.

   Seymour Ventures Corp. ("Seymour" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SEY) announces that it has received all necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals to change its name to Rare Earth Industries Ltd., effective July 13, 2011. Effective at the open of the market on July 13, 2011, the Company will commence trading under the new symbol "RND".
