OTTAWA, June 14, 2011 /CNW/ - In accordance with regulatory public
 disclosure requirements, Seprotech Systems Incorporated (TSX-V: SET)
 ("Seprotech" or the "Company") hereby provides notice that Matthew
 Anderson is no longer serving as an Officer of the Company effective
 the 13(th) of June, 2011.   Mr. Anderson was serving as Corporate Secretary for
 the Company but this function will now be undertaken by the CFO.   Mr.
 Anderson will continue to provide consultancy services to the Company
 on a strategic and business development level.


Seprotech is a provider of pre-engineered water and wastewater treatment
 solutions to the municipal/land development, resource sector and
 military market place, including Reverse Osmosis water purification
 systems, ROTORDISK® biological sewage treatment package plants and
 CrystalBlue™ membrane-based water recycling systems.
