SeaMiles Limited (TSX VENTURE:SEE) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that
the Company granted 85,000 stock options to purchase common shares of the
Company at a price of $2.15 per share exercisable for a period of two years.
This amount comprises 50,000 stock options to directors and 35,000 stock options
to certain of its employees and consultants.
