Seair Inc. ("Seair" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:SDS) announces that its
news release dated April 24, 2014 concerning the filing of its annual financial
statements and corresponding management's discussion and analysis (collectively,
the "Financial Disclosure") contained a typographical error with respect to the
period of time covered by such Financial Disclosure. The Financial Disclosure
filed on SEDAR was for the three month interim period ended February 28, 2014.
