CALGARY, Aug. 28, 2017 /CNW/ - Seair Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that is has closed of a non-brokered private placement offering of 1,300,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.67 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $871,000.
