SportsClick Inc. Extends Private Placement

SPORTSCLICK INC., (TSX VENTURE:SCV)("SportsClick") listed on the TSX Venture
Exchange Inc. under the trading symbol "SCV" announces that, as disclosed in the
news release dated March 17, 2009 the closing date for the previously announce
non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of up to 6,666,666 common shares
("Shares") at a price of CDN $0.15 per Share, has been extended by SportsClick,
which expects the Offering to close in a series of tranches over the next few
weeks.


As previously announced a cash finder's fee of up to 10% will be payable in
connection with the Offering. SportsClick intends to utilize the net proceeds of
the Offering for general working capital and administrative purposes.
