Sacre-Coeur Minerals Grants Stock Options

  SACRE-COEUR MINERALS, LTD. (the "Company")
(TSX-V: SCM) (FRANKFURT: S5N) announces that it has granted, subject to any
necessary regulatory approvals, incentive stock options to purchase up to
105,000 shares of its Common Stock.  Said options were granted to a total
of five individuals, including three directors, an officer and a
consultant.  The options are exercisable for a term of three years at the
price of CAD $0.46 per share.
