Sunshine Agri-Tech Inc. Awarded Government Grant by Dalian Economic and Development District

Sunshine Agri-Tech Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SAI) ("Sunshine Agri-Tech" or the
"Company") is pleased to announce its reception of a government grant award of
$280,000 CAD for being the first company within the Dalian Economic and
Development District to go public. The award is given to companies which become
publicly traded on international exchanges outside of China and are based within
this District.
