Southern Arc Commences Trading on OTCQX

Southern Arc Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SA) ("Southern Arc" or "the Company") is
pleased to announce that its common shares will commence trading on the OTCQX
International marketplace on December 7, 2011 under the symbol "SOACF". Southern
Arc's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the
symbol "SA".
