Eagle Hill Exploration and Southern Arc Minerals to Host Investor Session on March 2, 2014

Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSX VENTURE:EAG) (OTCQX:EHECF) ("Eagle
Hill") and Southern Arc Minerals (TSX VENTURE:SA) (OTCQX:SOACF) ("Southern Arc")
will host an Investor Session in Toronto on March 2, 2014, to provide an update
on activities at Eagle Hill's Windfall Lake Gold Project and Southern Arc's
portfolio of projects.


The meeting will be held on Sunday, March 2, in the Territories Room of the
Fairmont Royal York Hotel (100 Front Street West, Toronto) from 6:00pm to
8:00pm. To increase accessibility for shareholders, the meeting will be live
