Raystar Capital Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: RYA.H) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with a creditor of the Company, who is also an insider of the Company, to convert outstanding debt into common shares of the Company.

The total amount of debt to be converted is $125,000. A total of 2,272,727 common shares will be issued at a deemed price of $0.055 per share in full settlement of the debt.

The debt settlement agreements are subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
