(TSX VENTURE:RXP.A) (TSX VENTURE:RXP.B), its wholly-owned subsidiary Redcliffe Exploration Ltd., and Redcliffe Energy Ltd. to form Redcliffe Exploration Inc. ("Redcliffe" or the "Company"), the Company is pleased to announce that its Class A and Class B shares are expected to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on January 4, 2008 under their new trading symbols RXP.A and RXP.B, respectively. Shares currently trading under the symbols RXI.A and RXI.B will trade under the new symbols at that time. Redcliffe is a Calgary, Alberta based company engaged in the exploration for, and development and production of conventional crude oil and natural gas reserves in western Canada. Redcliffe's strategy is to build shareholder value through internally generated exploration and development drilling, and through selective acquisitions. Redcliffe's areas of operational focus include the Pembina and Peace River Arch areas of Alberta.
