RW Packaging Confirms Completion of Going Private Transaction

RW Packaging Ltd. (the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:RWP) confirmed today that its
going private transaction is now complete. The shares of the Company were
consolidated effective April 18, 2008 on a 69,900 for one basis and the Company
has received orders from applicable securities regulatory authorities confirming
that it is no longer a reporting issuer.


RW is GMP licensed and ISO 9001 registered. The Company blends and packages
liquid and powder private brand consumer products for major retailers and
national brand marketers across North America.
