                             Director Shareholdings


The Company was notified on 19th September, 2003, that on 28th February, 2003 Mr
Gerald Gold and Mr Ronnie Pearl, both directors of Room Service, transferred in
aggregate; 952,380 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.77 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company to Mr Richard Cook, 5,714,280 Ordinary Shares (4.60
per cent.) to Mr Michael Gold and 7,453,504 Ordinary Shares (6 per cent.) to
Tryway Investment Limited.

Following the transfer of the above shares the respective resultant beneficial
