RED ROCK ENERGY INC. (TSX VENTURE:RRK) ("Red Rock" or "the Corporation")
announces today that the Letter of Engagement with Wolverton Securities Ltd.
dated September 6, 2011 with respect to a brokered private placement financing
has been terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.
