ROR Power Grants Incentive Stock Options

VANCOUVER, July 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Run of River Power Inc. (TSX-V: ROR) ("ROR Power" or "the Company") today announced, in accordance with its approved stock option plan and subject to regulatory approval, it has granted 875,000 options to directors, officers and employees of ROR Power.  The options are exercisable at $0.10 per share and for a term of five years. The options vest over two years with one third of the options vested immediately and one third becomes vested on each of the first and second anniversaries of the grant date.
