ROR Power Grants Incentive Stock Options to Officers and Employees

    




 VANCOUVER, Aug. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Run of River Power Inc.   ("ROR Power" or "the Company") today announced, in accordance with its  approved stock option plan it has granted 485,000 options to officers  and employees.  The options are exercisable at $0.10 per share and for  a term of five years. The options vest over two years as follows: 1/3  on the grant date, 1/3 twelve months from the grant date and 1/3  twenty-four months from the grant date.
