Rodinia Lithium Inc. Announces Board Change

Rodinia Lithium Inc. ("Rodinia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RM)(OTCQX:RDNAF)
announces that Mark Eaton has resigned as a director on the board of directors
of the Company effective December 31, 2012 to comply with corporate governance
best practices with respect to the number of boards on which certain officers
should sit. 


William Randall, Rodinia's President & CEO, commented, "Mark has been a key
member of the Rodinia team over the past 3 years, and played an instrumental
role in helping the Company assess strategic opportunities and finance our
