 Raft supplies credit and operational risk software solutions to the financial
                         services and energy industries

                    Update on offer discussions and trading

Further to the Company's statement on July 31st, Raft International PLC
announces that whilst indicative offers for the entire issued share capital of
the Company were received, they were not at a level which the Board considers
fully reflects the prospects of the Company. Accordingly, all such discussions
with interested third parties are no longer ongoing.

Raft's trading is in line with expectations and full year results for the year
ended 31st October will be announced on December 17th 2003.
