                               Directorate Change

Raft International PLC announces that Sandra Kelly has resigned from the Board
as Chief Financial Officer. Sandra will be leaving the Company at the end of
March 2004 to take up another position as Finance Director. An announcement
regarding her successor will be made in due course.

The Board would like to thank Sandra for her valuable contribution to the
Company over the last few years and wishes her every success in her new role.
