Radiant Energy Corporation Announces Third Quarter 2012 Results

Radiant Energy Corporation (TSX VENTURE:RDT) ("Radiant" or the "Company")
(amounts in U.S. dollars), the developer and marketer of radiant aircraft
de-icing systems, announced its results for the three and nine-months ended July
31, 2012, which are also available on SEDAR. 


The Company reported a loss of $264,512, or $0.03 per share for the three-month
period ended July 31, 2012, compared with a loss of $317,714, or $0.03 per share
for the three-months ended July 31, 2011. Revenue of $18,000 for the third
quarter was higher as a result of ancillary parking revenue during the period.


The loss was $805,923, or $0.08 per share for the nine-month period ended July
31, 2012, compared with a loss of $881,862, or $0.09 per share for the
nine-months ended July 31, 2011. Revenue of $26,498 for the nine months year to
date was higher than the prior year.
