Rio Cristal Announces Resignation

Rio Cristal Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE:RCZ)(BVL:RCZ) ("Rio Cristal" or
the "Company") has received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Corey Dean as
VP, Legal and Secretary of the Company, a role he has held since the founding of
the Company in 2007, in order to devote more time to his current business
activities.
