Update to QuStream Voluntary Delisting of Shares Effective December 24, 2010

   QuStream Corporation ("QuStream" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: QVC), a provider of broadcast, Pro A/V and multimedia solutions, announces that in connection with the voluntary delisting of the QuStream common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange, in November 2010 QuStream received the written consent to such delisting from a majority of its minority shareholders, meaning that a majority of its shareholders who are not directors, officers or insiders of the company approved the voluntary delisting by way of written consent. Accordingly, effective the close of business on December 24, 2010, the common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the Company.
