QuStream Corporation Announces Change in President and CEO

  QuStream Corporation ("QuStream") (TSX VENTURE: QVC), an innovative global provider of high-definition (HD) broadcast solutions, today announced that Howard Sutton, P.Eng, has been appointed as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately, following the departure of Fred Godard as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Godard remains a director of QuStream. A sub-committee of the board of directors of QuStream has been formed to oversee the operations of QuStream and to lead the search for a permanent replacement for Mr. Godard.
