   Quantum Rare Earth Developments Corp. (TSX VENTURE: QRE)(OTCQX: QREDF)(FRANKFURT: BR3) CEO Peter Dickie appeared on Fox Business News' "Follow the Money with Eric Bolling" on July 13, 2011. The mining development corporation with operations in Elk Creek, NE was there to discuss the need for a Strategic Rare Earth Reserve in the United States.
