Petrox Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:PTC) ("Petrox" or the "Corporation"),
announces that Glenn Cartier has left the Corporation as its President and CEO.
The Corporation wishes Mr. Cartier the very best of success in his future
endeavours. 


In addition, the Corporation is pleased to announce that Edwin Tam, the Chairman
of the Board and a director of the Corporation, has been appointed as the
interim President and CEO of the Corporation.
