Updates on Prosys' Activities and Audited Financial Statements

Prosys Tech Corporation (hereinafter, "Prosys")(TSX VENTURE:POZ) wishes to
inform its shareholders that it is pursuing, through its affiliate Peak
Positioning Inc. (hereinafter, "Peak"), the development of its wireless security
services in order to market these services in the very near future. Prosys has
already announced the signing of a strategic partnership between Peak and an
important modem manufacturer that will allow Peak's wireless security services
to be compatible with the manufacturer's modems.


Notwithstanding the emphasis on its commercialization efforts and its strategic
business realignment, Prosys will prepare its annual financial statements for
the year ended June 30, 2009, with the intention of filing them in the near
future. The annual audited financial statements were to be filed before October
29, 2009.

Prosys maintains a participation in Peak Positioning Inc., a subsidiary. Prosys
currently holds about 48% of Peak's issued shares and has an option to increase
its holding to 50,1 % until January 31, 2010. The investment in Peak is in the
