Prosys: Changes to Its Executive Management Team

Prosys Tech Corporation (hereinafter, "Prosys") (TSX VENTURE:POZ), announces the
appointment of Mr. Georges Hebert as interim Chief Financial Officer of Prosys.
Mr. Hebert, who remains the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer,
perfectly knows the goals to achieve. 


Accordingly, Ms. Christine Goyette is replaced following his departure as Chief
Financial Officer of Prosys to meet other professional challenges. The executive
management and the Board of Directors wish to acknowledge the work done by Ms.
Goyette.
