Prosys Announces a Strategic Partnership With an Important Modem Manufacturer

Prosys-Tech Corporation (hereinafter, "Prosys")(TSX VENTURE:POZ), announces the
signing of a strategic partnership that will allow Peak Positioning Inc.
(hereinafter, "Peak") to adapt its wireless security services to an important
manufacturer's modems.


Peak is engaged in providing mobile commuting device solutions and offers remote
data protection, asset management, technical support and tracking services for
mobile computing devices such as notebooks, netbooks and PDAs. Prosys currently
holds about 48% of Peak's issued shares.
