Polar Star Mining Corporation-25,000 Metre Diamond Drill Contract

TORONTO, ONTARIO (PINK SHEETS: POSRF) ("Polar Star" or the "Company") announces the signing of a 25,000 metre drill contract with Forage Orbit Garant Drilling S.E.N.C. ("Orbit") of Val d'Or, Quebec. The new diamond drill is scheduled to arrive in Chile and commence drilling during the third quarter of 2008. The 25,000 metre program is planned to be completed over a two year period.
