Planet Organic Health Corp. Corporate Update

Planet Organic Health Corp. (TSX VENTURE:POH.H), Mr. Ronald Francisco, President
and Chief Executive Officer of Planet Organic Health Corp. (the "Corporation"),
is pleased to announce that the Corporation's Annual General and Special Meeting
will be held in Edmonton, Alberta on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. The
Corporation has filed its 2012 management's discussion and analysis and 2012
audited financial statements, together with its management information circular,
and these documents are available for review on SEDAR. 


Corporate Update

The Corporation announces that David Heighington and Marc Couroux have been
appointed to the Corporation's Board of Directors and Yvan Boutin has been
appointed as the Corporation's Chief Financial Officer. 


Since 2007, Mr. Marc Couroux has held the position of General Manager for
Directa Distribution located in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. He brings over 25 years
of experience in the field of Natural and Organic Foods through retail ownership
and wholesale distribution. Through dedication and hard work, he has established
Directa Distribution as a leader in the field of Natural and Organic products in
Quebec. 


Mr. Boutin Received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990 and has over 25
years of finance and accounting experience at various management and executive
levels across various industries including government, service, agriculture and
retail. Currently employed as a senior executive for an Alberta not-for-profit
entity, Mr. Boutin has been consulting on a part-time basis with the Corporation
since July 2011. Prior thereto, Mr. Boutin spent two and a half years with the
Corporation prior to its divestitures in 2010, with the last nine months there
as CFO. 


Mr. Heighington is a lawyer and specializes in securities and business law with
a particular focus on public companies. He has acted for a broad range of
domestic issuers, with a particular emphasis on venture capital and mergers and
acquisitions and has served as a director and officer of numerous publicly
traded companies, including oil and gas, mining, and technology companies. 


Corporate Activity

The Corporation, which is listed on the NEX board of the TSXV, currently has no
operating assets or business, and is currently suspended from trading. The
Corporation has applied to the TSXV requesting that its common shares be
reinstated for trading and is currently responding to TSXV comments. The
Corporation will provide further updates in a subsequent new release. The
Corporation will remain on the NEX until it acquires new assets or businesses,
which would result in the Corporation once again meeting the TSXV's minimum
listing requirements.
