VANCOUVER, April 17, 2013 /CNW/ - PNO Resources Ltd. (the "Company") announces that Christy Louth has been appointed President and a director. Gordon Keep has resigned as President and a director of the Company and the Board would like to thank him for his services. Mr. Keep remains as an advisor to the Company through his role with Endeavour Capital & Advisory Ltd.
In connection with the foregoing appointment and pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, a total of 100,000 incentive stock options have been granted to Christy Louth. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 10 years, subject to regulatory approval.
