PETRONOVA TO OPEN MARKET AT TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2011

CALGARY, Feb. 24 /CNW/ - PetroNova Corp. ("PetroNova" or the
 "Company")(TSX-V:PNA), a company focused on oil and gas exploration and
 production in Colombia, will perform the market opening ceremony at the
 Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") on Friday, February 25, 2011, to
 celebrate the listing and trading of PetroNova shares. Common shares of
 PetroNova commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange December 21,
 2011, under the ticker symbol "PNA."



The ceremony will take place at the TMX Broadcast Centre in Toronto,

 open the market at 9:30 AM EST along with representatives from the TMX
 Group.
