Falchani Lithium Project Technical Report Filed for Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate

")(TSX VENTURE:PLU)(FRANKFURT:QG1)(OTCQB:PLUUF), a lithium and uranium exploration and development company, announced today that it has filed on SEDAR a National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) technical report supporting the maiden Lithium Mineral Resource estimate for the Company’s Falchani Lithium Project located on the Macusani Plateau in the Puno District of southeastern Peru. The mineral resource estimate and technical report were prepared by The Mineral Corporation (the “QP), and disclosed in the Company’s press release dated July 24, 2018.

The independent QP makes certain assumptions in the technical report that are based on limited metallurgical test work and no operating cost engineering. These have not been substantiated by sufficient metallurgical, processing and engineering work to date.

To validate initial metallurgical programs to date, the Company continues to work with its metallurgical consultant, ANSTO Minerals, to evaluate potential processing flow sheet options, reagent requirements and downstream processing. The ongoing metallurgical programs shall be followed by work with a process engineering firm, to arrive at potential operating costs to produce a battery grade Lithium Carbonate product, as part of advancing the Falchani Lithium Project to development stage. As such, any costs assumptions at this time are purely conceptual in nature and should not be relied upon.

A corporate update on its activities is forthcoming in the following weeks.
