Parkside Resources Retains Equicom Group for investor relations services

    




 TORONTO, Aug. 24, 2012 /CNW/ - Parkside Resources Corporation  (the "Company") announced today that it has retained The Equicom  Group Inc. ("Equicom") to provide the Company with strategic investor  relations and financial communications services. 

 Under the terms of the agreement, Parkside Resources will pay Equicom a  monthly fee of $4,000 for select strategic communication services. 

 Neither Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest,  directly or indirectly, in Parkside Resources, nor has the Company  granted Equicom or its principals any rights to acquire any such  interests. 

 Equicom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMX Group Inc, and provides  strategic communications services to approximately 120 public companies  across a diverse range of industries from its offices in Toronto,  Calgary and San Diego.
