Preo Amends Exercise Price of Options

PREO SOFTWARE INC. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:PKM). Further to the
Corporation's press release of January 9, 2012, the Corporation wishes to
clarify that in accordance with the Policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the
200,000 options granted to Mr. Mike Cabigon, Chairman of the Corporation's Board
of Directors are at an exercise price of $0.10 and not $0.06 as previously
announced.
