Pacific Link Mining Corp. Annual General And Special Meeting Results

VANCOUVER, Nov. 19, 2018 /CNW/ - Pacific Link Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "Pacific Link") announces that at its Annual General and Special meeting held on November 15, 2018, the shareholders of the Company approved all the proposed resolutions, including the change of the Company's business, acquisition of Aibeida Lifetech Limited ("Aibeida"), delisting of the Company's common share from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"), and the Company's stock option plan. The shareholders of the Company also set the number of directors as five. Ken Cai, Michael Doggett, Jennifer Trevitt, Shuang Xie, and Shawn Dang were elected to serve as directors of the Company for the coming year.

As the Company's new business focus is in the cannabis industry, the Company intends to delist its shares from the TSXV and has made application to the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") to list its common shares. There is no assurance that the CSE will accept the Company for listing.

The Company also announces that Mr. Larry Tsang has been appointed to serve as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. Scott Davis. The Company thanks Mr. Davis for his prior services to the Company.

Mr. Shawn Dang is a Chartered Investment Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Waterloo. He is the founder and CEO of Aryon Holdings Corp. a corporate and business advisory firm with industry experience in retail cannabis, investments and hedge funds, Aboriginal affairs, manufacturing, cosmetics, recruiting and training and online sales. From March 2016 to September, 2018, Mr. Dang served as the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of MMJ Canada, a cannabis clinic and medical marijuana dispensary with multiple locations in Vancouver and Toronto. Prior to MMJ Canada, Mr. Dang had several years' experience as Regional Sales Manager with Arrow Capital Management Inc., a Private Wealth Consultant with Manulife Private Wealth, and a Financial Consultant and Field Trainer with Investors Group.

Mr. Tsang is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology (Accounting) from British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada. He has more than 15 years' experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, and finance for both private and public companies. He served as a senior accountant for four years with Ernst and Young LLP, Vancouver, Canada. He has acted as Chief Financial Officer of Minco Group of Companies since 2016.
