Pacific Link Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement for CDN $500,000

VANCOUVER, April 13, 2018 /CNW/ - Pacific Link Mining Corp. (the "Company" or "Pacific Link") is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 10,000,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of CDN$500,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one half non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the warrant holder to purchase one common share of Pacific Link for a period of twelve (12) months from the closing of the private placement.  Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.08 per share.

A finder's fee was not paid associated with this financing.

Proceeds from the proposed financing will be used for working capital.

The private placement is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and a four month plus one day statutory hold period from the date of the closing.

Pacific Link is a Vancouver based Canadian company, trading on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PKC.H.
