This announcement is further to the announcement, made by the Company on 1 May
2003, regarding the acquisition of Pactrem Limited, which involved the issue of
an additional 7 million new ordinary shares of 20p. Whilst the total number of
shares held by the Directors remains unchanged the percentage holdings have
altered, as detailed below, as a result of the increase in the Company's issued
share capital to 39,433,260 ordinary shares.
